John Daly is pulling closer to regaining his PGA Tour card for the first time since 2007.

With his T-18 finish at the PGA Championship, Daly earned just under $100,000, pulling his season tally to $479,595. That leaves him at No. 131 on the money list and $73,187 away from No. 125 Trevor Immelman.

Daly is also No. 137 in FedEx Cup points entering this week's Wyndham Championship, the final event to qualify for the PGA Tour playoffs beginning next week. The two-time major winner must crack the top 125 in points to earn a berth in the field at The Barclays.

At a minimum, Daly will have to earn 58 points to cross into the top 125, meaning he cannot qualify for the playoffs with anything worse than a two-way tie for 13th at Sedgefield.
