Thomas Bjorn has written a book about depression in golf

Thomas Bjorn has nearly done it all in golf, a sport that has brought him to the brink of his mental health and back. In a new book, Bjorn shares some of the struggles he faced in overcoming the lonely depths this sport can take an accomplished player. He also gets some help from other fellow top players who have faced similar problems in trying to balance out the highs and lows of the game. His primer piece in The Guardian is a great read.
