Golf courses are taking extra precautions so golfers can play safely during this extraordinary time. One of the measures is using modified cups to keep the ball from going in the hole and golfers from touching flagsticks. Now the USGA is offering guidance if golfers can post scores for handicap purposes if they play this way.
