The 2018 Masters Tournament betting odds have been released for the final week of 2017, and heading into the New Year, the best players in the world head the odds table.

The betting favorite is Jordan Spieth, who is going for a fourth major and second green jacket next April at Augusta National Golf Club. He's at 6-to-1 (+600) betting odds, and it follows given his major-winning 2017.

Dustin Johnson and Rory McIlroy are second-best on the list, both coming in at 8-to-1 betting odds. Johnson bowed out of the 2017 Masters on the first tee, unable to feel comfortable playing after falling down a short flight of steps on the Wednesday prior to the tournament. McIlroy, who had the 2011 Masters in his hands, continues to improve at Augusta National but is coming off a disappointing 2017 which was plagued by a rib and back injury suffered in January in South Africa.

Behind Johnson and McIlroy is Jason Day at 12-to-1, Justin Thomas and Jon Rahm at 14-to-1, and Rickie Fowler is at 16-to-1. Somehow, Tiger Woods is at 20-to-1.

At this point, the sneaky play may be Justin Rose, who is also at 20-to-1 and closed the year with three wins, including a World Golf Championships title in China.
