The 2017 Solheim Cup final leaderboard is headed by winner Team USA, as Juli Inkster's 12-player American squad cashed in on a five-point lead after the first two of three days of play to finish off Annika Sorenstam's European team at Des Moinse Golf and Country Club in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The final score was 16.5-11.5 in the 28-match competition, with both sides tying in the 12-match singles Sunday session.
Team USA wins the Solheim Cup for the second time in a row. There is no purse for this event.
