Titleist’s WedgeWorks unveils Vokey Signature 56-degree wedge

Bob Vokey knows a thing or two about wedges, how players use them, what they like to see when they're looking at them and how to marry aesthetics and performance in a beautiful package. Now, Titleist's WedgeWorks is offering a special Vokey Signature 56-degree wedge for the summer.

Available starting July 19, the wedge is hand ground by Bob Vokey and is designed to handle every possible shot where you might pull your sand wedge out of the bag. It features a versatile (but not overwhelming) 12 degrees of bounce, with the head featuring heel, toe and trailing edge relief so it can be used with an open, square or toe-down address. The leading edge is pre-worn for better turf interaction.

"It's the ultimate 56-degree," Vokey said. "When I was learning about wedges from some of the best short game players, they could manipulate the face to execute all the shots they needed. This wedge was inspired by those players, with a sole shape to enable a variety of shots."

The finish on the wedge is Diamond LC, offering a gunmetal look to showcase the shape. Vokey's signature is also on the back of the wedge.

There are only 50 of these wedges available (in the U.S. only) for $400 on Vokey.com, with all customization options available at no charge.
