The betting favorite is Lexi Thompson, who goes off at 10-to-1, along with So Yeon Ryu, who continues playing solid golf.

Inbee Park is next best at 11-to-1, while perennial U.S. Women's Open contender Amy Yang and Sung Hyun Park are at 16-to-1.

2017 US Women's Open expert picks

presented by BetDSI.com

If you're looking for someone to wager on at this week's US Women's Open, then we have three expert picks for you: our favorite, our sleeper and our longshot.

  • Favorite: So Yeon Ryu -- She's done this before, and the world No. 1 is playing with a level of consistency like someone competing at their peak.
  • Sleeper: Michelle Wie -- Wie is a former Open winner, and she's really come together in the last year, albeit with some odd techniques.
  • Longshot: Gerina Piller -- While not as strong as the very start of the season, Piller's play has been largely very good all year. Her length should be a huge asset.
