2017 American Family Insurance Championship expert picks

If you're looking for someone to wager on at this week's American Family Insurance Championship, then we have three expert picks for you: our favorite, our sleeper and our longshot.

  • Favorite: Steve Stricker -- This is Stricker's first year in the event as a competitor. He was host last year before turning 50. He should win.
  • Sleeper: Billy Andrade -- At 50-to-1, Andrade is a good pick. He's been playing well of late, motivated by Langer's continued great play. T-4 here last year.
  • Longshot: Gene Sauers -- Sauers was the other 50-plus guy in the Open. He missed the cut but acquitted himself pretty well on a course that was just too big for him.
