Colin Monagle, Martin Ureta, Ryan McCormick and Cyril Bouniol all earned spots in the 2017 Puerto Rico Open through the Monday qualifier.
Monagle won the 18-hole event at TPC Dorado Beach by three shots, with a 10-under 62 score.
Ureta, McCormick and Bouniol all shot 7-under 65s, managing to avoid a playoff in the four-spot event on the Sugarcane Course, which played at 6,889 yards.
Monagle went to Jacksonville University, making three cuts in 11 starts last year on Mackenzie Tour PGA Tour Canada.
The 31-year-old Ureta, from Chile, plays on the Web.com Tour at times, but had just a start on each PGA Tour Latinoamerica and in PGA Tour Canada last year.
McCormick, who went to St. John's University in New York, turned pro in 2014 and missed the cut on one Web.com Tour start last year.
Bouniol, from France, typically plays on the European Challenge Tour, where he missed just two cuts last season.
