Winning at daily fantasy golf is not easy, particularly in tournaments with a lot of entries, including this week's DraftKings $400,000 event for the Frys.com Open. There will be almost 154,000 entries, and just one will take home the $100,000 first-place prize.
Getting the winner is essential to winning at daily fantasy golf and finding another player in the top five will carry your entry a lot way. However, to have any chance at the big money, you'll need all six players to have a great week, especially critical since this is a no-cut event. That means you need to find value in players -- especially those around $7,000 -- with lower salaries in a salary-cap contest, like the ones on DraftKings.

With that in mind, and a limited inventory this week, here are some sleepers we see in the DraftKings Frys.com Open contest:
1. Tom Hoge ($7,000) -- Hoge was a pleasant surprise at the end of last season, and he finished T-2 in his most recent start in the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship in the Web.com Tour Finals. Different player than the guy that missed the cut here last year.
2. John Peterson ($6,600) -- Peterson, well, petered out to end the PGA Tour season, but he got out to a solid start last year. Seems to be at his best in the fall, considering he grinded through the Web.com Tour Finals, too, last year.
3. Steve Marino ($6,100) -- This is more of a hunch than anything, but Marino finished in the top six in two of his last four Web.com Tour starts, including a T-2 finish at the second of the four events.
