Golf boots are a thing in 2015, and, while they take some getting used to, they're a good idea for the golfer who wants maximum warmth while playing winter golf.
Nike has already announced their golf boot, and adidas Golf has entered the fray, too, with the climaheat boa golf boot, which is really more like a high-top shoe. The shoes have the climaheat lining in the collar area for warmth and comfort, while a microfiber climaproof upper offers a mix of comfort and all-weather protection. The fitfoam sock liner, mid-cut design and wider toe box provide a snug, comfortable fit. The Boa closure system, located on top center tongue, completes the theme of warmth or comfort.
The low-profile, nine-cleat pattern on the thintech TPU outsole offers traction with more ground cover with the spikes while not scuffing up greens.
The adidas Golf climaheat boa golf boot is available Oct. 1 on their website for $180.
