For the third time, Whistling Straits hosts the PGA Championship (2004, 2010), which will be played Aug. 13-16 in Kohler, Wis. Martin Kaymer won the last time the Wanamaker was contested at the Pete Dye design, but Jordan Spieth is the favorite as he goes for a third major in 2015.
