VIDEO: Pros take on a driving range of Caterpillar-driven targets

It's already tough enough to stick a golf ball close on a totally stationary green, so imagine how tough it would be to try to hit a ball onto a green that moved.

That's what a couple of JLPGA pros tried to do as part of a video series by heavy machinery maker Caterpillar. The company created a golf course (driving range, really) built entirely into the beds of some of their massive dump trucks. The players were tasked with finding a way to keep the ball on the small, roving dump-truck green. It was definitely a tough task, but the pros eventually figured it out.

The finish of the video shows the dump truck operator dumping out the entire green onto the ground, but not before tilting the dumper just enough so that the ball falls in the hole.
