PHOTOS: Callaway Golf Big Bertha Mini 1.5 driver

Get ready: The mini driver space is about to get a whole lot less, well, mini.

Callaway Golf is about to enter the space with its Big Bertha Mini 1.5 driver. A mini driver is a smaller-headed driver with a little extra loft -- around 12 degrees -- that allows a player to get more distance than a 3-wood but have more control than a standard-issue driver.

PGATour.com's Jonathan Wall shared a picture of the club on Instagram.

Say hey to @callawaygolf's Big Bertha Mini 1.5 - a smaller-head driver / larger-headed fairway wood. Callaway isn't saying much since this is the first week of testing.
