The 2015 Farmers Insurance Open starts on Thursday, unfolding the first two days on the North and South courses at Torrey Pines near San Diego. After the first two rounds, the narrowed field will play the final 36 holes on the South Course, host to the 2008 U.S. Open.
Tiger Woods is making the second of back-to-back starts, hoping to improve on an all-time-worst 82 in the second round at the Phoenix Open. He plays Thursday and Friday with Billy Horschel and Rickie Fowler, starting with Round 1 on the 10th tee of the North course at 9:20 a.m.
Perhaps the most exciting group is Phoenix Open winner Brooks Koepka, Phoenix runner-up Hideki Matsuyama and Jordan Spieth. They also kick off on the North course's 10th at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Scott Stallings is defending champion, and he starts on Thursday on the 10th hole of the North course with Brandt Snedeker and Ian Poulter
