It wouldn't be a week without a golf course police chase! And we've got a good one for you -- this time, from California.
Given the 100-year drought that still has the state in its grip, a guy could be forgiven for thinking of a golf course as an off-roading course. That seems to be what happened at Eagle Glen Golf Club in Corona, when a man suspected of credit card fraud at a Home Depot decided to use the course as a test track for his minivan. The minivan, with Georgia tags, may well have been stolen. The guy was all over the place while players were on the course on Tuesday, according to CBS Los Angeles.
Eventually, the suspect drove off the course and toward nearby Perris, where the suspect was shot and killed by L.A. County Sheriffs deputies.
