Rickie Fowler involved in car accident, says he is OK

Rickie Fowler cryptically shared via multiple social media channels early on Wednesday that he was in an accident the day prior.

A similar message was shared on Instagram.

Golf Channel reports Fowler and a friend were involved in a car accident on Tuesday evening near Fowler's Jupiter, Fla., home. Fowler, who was driving the car, was treated for minor cuts and abrasions at JFK Medical Center. The passenger sustained no injuries.
