Ken Duke found his ball in a really tough spot on the par-3 ninth hole in the second round of the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2.
His tee shot had found itself in front of a tuft of native wiregrass. He had no chance to move the ball forward toward the green. Behind the tuft of grass was a bunker. After evaluating his options, Duke putted the ball into the bunker.
Then, no big deal, Duke just holes it from the bunker for an all-world par.
