Tiger Woods is the favorite at this week's BMW Championship, even though he's never played host course, Conway Farms, competitively.

Woods goes off at 11-2 odds this week, well ahead of Aussie Adam Scott, who is going off at 12-1 odds, according to Bovada.

Woods has won in seven of 16 career PGA Tour starts in Illinois, which is where this third leg of the FedEx Cup playoffs is being contested, in suburban Chicago. That tally includes two major championships at Medinah No. 3, winning the 1999 and 2006 PGA Championships there.

Tiger Woods sits second in FedEx Cup points through the first two of four playoff events, behind Henrik Stenson after the Swede won the Deutsche Bank Championship two weeks ago.
