BETHESDA, Md. -- Tiger Woods is set to begin his quest for a third PGA Tour title in 2012 as he tees off in the first round of the AT&T National at 12:50 p.m. ET at Congressional CC.

As Woods gets ready to begin the round, 2004 Naval Academy graduate Billy Hurley III leads the tournament at 3 under par through 13 holes. He leads by a shot over three players, including last week's winner Marc Leishman, Vijay Singh and James Driscoll.

Just 12 players are under par at this point in the tournament, including 17-year-old amateur Beau Hossler, who is 1 under through 13 in the same group as Hurley.

Woods was the 2009 champion in this event, the last time it was contested at Congressional.
