The 2016 PGA Championship got underway on Thursday with Round 1 on the Lower Course at Baltusrol Golf Club, just outside of Newark, N.J. The players were treated to a fair setup and large galleries through the day, with the crowed cheering most for Jordan Spieth and Andrew Johnston.
