2016 British Open Championship TV times on Golf Channel and NBC

The 2016 British Open Championship will mark the first time that Golf Channel airs a portion of all four rounds of a men's major championship. The broadcasts will emanate from Royal Troon for the 145th British Open, with defending champion Zach Johnson leading a field that includes U.S. Open winner Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, world No. 1 Jason Day, Rory McIlroy and Masters champion Danny Willett.

Golf Channel has live coverage on Thursday and Friday, as well early coverage on Saturday and Sunday, with NBC Sports taking over on the weekend afternoons.

Thursday -- 1:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Golf Channel

Friday -- 1:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Golf Channel

Saturday -- 4-7 a.m. on Golf Channel, 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on NBC Sports

Sunday -- 4-7 a.m. on Golf Channel, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. on NBC Sports
