Just seven players in the field are under, including Danny Lee and Scott Piercy, tied for third at 2 under par. Three others -- Brandt Snedeker, Soren Kjeldsen and Hideki Matsuyama -- are at 1 under par.
Bubba Watson goes off first at 9:50 a.m., trailing Spieth by 10 shots. He'll play with non-competitive marker and Augusta National club member Jeff Knox.
