In the Champions Locker Room at Augusta National Golf Club, green-jacket owners have to share, weaving together generations of Masters winners.

On a recent trip to the site of his first major win in April, Spieth found out his locker buddy: Arnold Palmer.

“I walked up to see who I was with, and I share a locker with Arnold Palmer," Spieth said, according to Golfweek. "So it was a very special moment there.”

Palmer won the Masters four times, all in even-numbered years (1958, 1960, 1962, 1964).

Perhaps just as good for Spieth is, as an honorary member of Augusta National, he gets the full treatment from the club's staff.

"Everyone treating you (nicely), saying ‘Mr. Spieth, you have a tab, anything I can do for you?'" he said. "And here’s your new locker room.”
