As the 2016 Web.com Tour schedule shakes out, some events will go, like the one in Nova Scotia, and the departing events will be replaced with new ones, including a stop in the Dominican Republic.

The Tour announced on Wednesday that the Puntacana Resort will host the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship for three years, starting next year, with the 2016 event running June 2-5. The Tom Fazio-designed Corales course, opened in 2010, on the property will play host.

The event, the first for the Web.com Tour in the Caribbean, will have a 156-player field vying for a $625,000 purse.
