Most everyone agrees the pace of play at many golf courses is abysmal. What's not in agreement is how to fix the problem. We explain why it makes sense, including that it assigns some value to your time as a player and reinvigorates value into the green fee that's been rendered meaningless by price cuts and the poor economy.
