A former speaker of the Korean National Assembly is facing charges after being accused of sexual harassment and abuse by a female caddie.

Park Hee-tae, 76, will be summoned Monday to meet with police after a 23-year-old caddie said he touched her inappropriately while caddying for him. The caddie's complaint claims Park touched her breasts. His rationale is even more disturbing.

"I poked her on the breast once, and this was to show my affection," he said, according to the Korea Times. "She claims I ‘touched' her. She didn't express displeasure at the time."

In 2012, Park was sentenced to a suspended two-year jail term, convicting of bribing fellow party members during a leadership struggle in 2008.
