Recently, I took a trip to Las Vegas for the inauguration.  With two million people coming to visit a city of less than a million, the options were limited.  Being a DC native, I knew that I had two options for this historic moment - get a ticket or get out of town.  Since I couldn't get a hold of a ticket, I got out of town.  The folks at Las Vegas Golf Adventures were happy to help me in my quest.

Alex Isaac and his team at Las Vegas Golf Adventures took care of me from the start.  They made my hotel reservations for me at Harrah's, set up my tee times within the parameters I selected, and provided me with top notch directions to get to the course on time and stress free.

Harrah's was a great facility for what I wanted to do.  Located right in the middle of the Strip, I was in the middle of all of the Vegas nightlife action.  I could walk to anything and anywhere that I wanted.  Though that worked for me, you can also book at South Point Casino, JW Marriott, and Planet Hollywood if you want to look at other options.

I love all things Vegas, though, so the hotel was not much of a concern.  I have been there twice before and love the environment.

Both times before, I had played golf there and enjoyed the experience.  This time, though, I went on an all out golfing blitz.  In five days, I played four courses - Arroyo Golf Club at Red Rock, Siena Golf Club, Boulder Creek Golf Club, and Silverstone Golf Club.

Each of the golf courses were within 30 minutes' drive time from the heart of the Strip.  For that reason, I would highly recommend renting a car.  Traffic was easy to navigate in the mornings thanks to low volume and easy to follow directions.

The courses themselves, while different, all shared some basic characteristics.  They offered full service practice facilities to prepare for the round ahead - driving range, chipping areas, and putting greens.  They all treated the players well before and after the round with club concierge and cleaning.  Every golf cart had a GPS unit that made the experience more enjoyable.

Each of the courses are reviewed in their own individual videos.
